DigiTech Resourcing chooses Mercury to drive growth

As part of its growth strategy, DigiTech Resourcing has chosen Mercury as its CRM partner. DigiTech has been on a mission to scale its operations across the UK and Europe. Specialising in technology recruitment, the London-based business is focused on increasing revenue and headcount, with technology being centre to enabling that vision. As DigiTech looked to the next 5 years, Matt Taylor, Sales Director and Sally Field, CEO began a review of the company’s existing tech stack. “We were stuck on a long-term contract with a system that was slowing us down,” Matt explained. “Reporting was limited, compliance was time consuming, and our teams were not getting the information they needed out of the system.” Despite being long-time Microsoft users, DigiTech’s previous CRM only allowed for basic email syncing, leaving teams disconnected and reliant on spreadsheets. Being previous Mercury users themselves and having explored the market, Matt and the leadership team knew Mercury was their standout provider.

“Mercury’s compliance, reporting, and AI capabilities were exactly what we needed,” Matt said. “They understand recruitment and it’s a product that will allow us to grow.”

The decision to return to Mercury was also pushed with their previous provider’s support and training. “We felt left behind and not looked after,” Matt added. “Mercury is already operating very differently during our implementation.” Chris Kendrick, Founder and CEO of Mercury, shared his excitement: “We’re excited to welcome DigiTech Resourcing to Mercury. Their goal for growth aligns perfectly with our mission to empower recruitment businesses through platform technology.” We look forward to continuing our journey together, driving innovation, enabling change, and upholding our reputation as a leading partner in the Microsoft ecosystem.
