Chris Gathercole

Chris leads and coaches the teams responsible for delivering the Mercury product suite. With deep experience across software development, Agile delivery and the Microsoft technology stack, he ensures high-quality, scalable releases. Chris focuses on strong engineering standards and continuous improvement, enabling teams to deliver reliable innovation that consistently delivers a strong experience for Mercury customers.

Outside of work, Chris is an avid Formula 1 fan, a casual darts enthusiast, and a lover of films and TV. When not following the latest race or series, he can usually be found outdoors looking after their golden retriever and a small flock of chickens.
