The team at Mercury is both proud and honoured after scooping the award for Innovation at this year’s TALiNT Tech Star Europe Awards – for the second year running!The event was held in the impressive Art Deco rooms of the Royal Institute of British Architects in London and was attended by representatives from the best in recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition technology and the panel of judges who themselves have shaped the profession during their careers.After winning this award in 2021, Mercury faced tough competition from other tech providers. The unique strengths of Mercury and the Microsoft suite of constantly connected apps and innovative use of data.Judges praised Mercury for its impressive client retention, solid growth, and innovative ambition to make recruitment more proactive with predictive analytics using a tech platform that everyone is familiar with.All winners were told their ‘thank you speeches should last no more than 30 seconds, but with so much to say about the power of the platform and our innovation, Mercury's Founder and CEO couldn’t resist going over his allotted time, causing the TALiNT team to bring him to a close, by playing Ray Charles’ Hit the Road Jack at high volume - to much laughter and applause from everyone in the room.Afterward, Chris remarked, “What we are doing is very different, so it’s great to be recognised for that – and doing it two years running is extra special.
