Founded in 2014 by Chris Kendrick and colleagues from a recruiting and technology company, Mercury has since been awarded the TIARA Talent Tech Award for Innovation (2021 and 2022) and the US TIARA Talent Tech Star Award for Best Talent Tech Company to Work For (2023).
Mercury has grown from a four-person team to over 150 employees across the UK, US, and Australia.
