Introducing Ravi Parmar, Service Desk Manager
We are thrilled to welcome Ravi Parmar to Mercury xRM who recently started for us as Service Desk Manager.Previously an infrastructure whizz-kid and support manager, Ravi has joined the dark side of the software to turn her skills to the management of the Mercury xRM Service Desk. A brilliant technical all-rounder, Ravi brings with her a logical mind, troubleshooting know-how, and excellent team management skills.Ravi has hit the ground running and already is helping the team resolve tickets faster!
