Mercury xRM Limited (“Mercury”) uses certain Sub-Processorsto assist it in providing to its customers the Services as described in theSaaS Agreement (the “Agreement”). Defined terms used herein shall havethe same meaning as defined in the Agreement.
A Sub-Processor is a third party data processor engaged byMercury, including entities from within the Mercury group, who has orpotentially will have access to or process Customer Data (which may containPersonal Data). Mercury engages different types of Sub-Processors toperform various functions as explained in the tables below.

We work with various Sub-Processors that monitor, maintainand otherwise support the Services. In order to provide this functionalitythese Sub-Processors may, but not necessarily will, have access to CustomerData:
Please note that while Daxtra Technologies is listed as aSub-Processor, this will only apply to customers of Mercury where parsingservices are included within the Agreement. Similarly, where customersutilise an integration that connects to the Mercury software and the Customerhas a direct relationship with the 3rd party, this would be subjectto a Data Processing Agreement between the Customer and the 3rdparty and not covered as a Sub-Processor of Mercury.
