Marketing Manager

Daniel Fox leads the Marketing team responsible for global product marketing, growth and brand strategy. With more than 10 years’ experience in the recruitment industry and deep expertise across B2B SaaS and recruitment technology, he focuses on clear positioning, commercial impact and customer insight.

Daniel works closely with product, sales and executive leadership to translate strategy into measurable growth and build strong, long-term customer advocacy. He has worked at the senior leadership team level on global brands and delivered multi-region campaigns, aligning marketing activity to commercial outcomes. He also led one business through to a successful exit via trade sale, shaping the narrative, positioning and growth engine that underpinned its value.

An accomplished speaker on marketing and recruitment technology, Daniel has partnered with an industry association to deliver knowledge-sharing sessions across the UK during the introduction of GDPR, helping recruitment businesses navigate regulatory change with confidence.

Outside of work, and when not being a dad-taxi, Daniel enjoys most sports, long walks with the dog, and has a phone full of half-formed ideas fuelled by overthinking marketing and not overthinking Guinness.
