Kirsty is Celebrating 5 Years at Mercury
We would like to congratulate Kirsty on Celebrating 5 Years at Mercury. She is a valued member here at Mercury, and we are so privileged to have her on our team! Congratulations on an accomplished 5 years of work!We got to catch up with Kirsty and asked her a few questions about the last 5 years here at Mercury! This is what she had to sayQ: How did you first hear about Mercury?Kirsty:I got a call from Chris Kendrick who had found my CV on a job board. I was working as a consultant and he said he had an interesting opportunity for me, he was not wrong!Q: Describe Mercury in 3 WordsKirsty:Fun, challenging, innovative. Q: What has been your proudest moment?Kirsty: Seeing people I hired develop into highly skilled professionals. I love seeing the success of others and feeling I had a little something to do with it. Q: What are you most looking forward to this year?Kirsty: Seeing how we address the challenge of our ambitious growth plans and working back in an office setting with my colleagues again. Remote working is great but sometimes it's just nice to be in our offices. Q: Have you got any advice for anyone looking to move into an operations role?Kirsty:Skill up. Op's people need a wide range of skills so the more readily you can demonstrate your skillset both through qualifications and practical implementation, the easier it will be for your future employer to imagine you in the role. "Kirsty is an invaluable member of the Mercury business, having worked across support, implementation, success, and operations. She understands licensing better than Microsoft and adds value to everything she does." Chris Kendrick - CEO
